Yak Terms of Service
Introduction
In order to use any Yak services, you must agree to the Terms of Service and use of, or continued use of, any Yak products is treated as an acceptance of the Terms of Service. The use of our services and any sites, and any termination of that use, is governed under these Terms of Service.
Changes to these Terms of Service may occur from time to time. If you do not desire to use the services under the updated Terms of Service, you may cancel your subscription and discontinue use of the services.
We do not provide our services to those who are under 16 years of age, or to bots/scripts. If you qualify for either of those categories, we do not agree to provide service to you.

Use of the Service
You are required to provide real and complete information when registering for the service.
You are responsible for creating a strong password and for keeping it secure.
Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
You may not use this service if you are legally barred from doing so under the laws of your local country, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
You will behave in a polite, courteous, and professional manner towards our staff and other users of the product.
To protect the integrity and performance of our service, we reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit our service or API with or without notice.
You agree to not perform any activity which would knowingly interfere with or disrupt our services.
You may not allow multiple people to use the same account for services which are charged per user or otherwise engage in behaviour intended to avoid charges or fees for the service.
You may not rent, sub-lease or otherwise provide third-party access to our services
We assume no liability for the information you enter into or import into our services. You agree that you have all rights and permission necessary to use or access that data and to use that data in our services.
Our products are not HIPAA compliant, neither are they PCI-DSS compliant; you will not submit or access data using our services which requires these certifications.
We do not assume any obligation of monitoring data submitted to our service, but if we find any data which violates this Terms of Service, we reserve the right to delete it immediately with or without notice.
If your account is in violation of this Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your account with or without notice; but we will attempt to give reasonable notice if the breach of Terms of Service does not require immediate action.
You agree and ensure that you have full power and authority to enter into these Terms of Service.
You agree to not use this service for any unlawful, illegal, violent, pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, defamatory, or libellous content or purposes.
You will not use this service to send spam or unwanted material, or to harm others.

Privacy Policy
You agree that your usage is subject to our privacy policy, expressly incorporated herein by reference. You agree to the usage of your personal information as governed by the privacy policy.
Fees for the Usage of Service
A free trial may be offered for certain services up to a specified limit of time, the "trial period"
Usage of the service after the trial period is over requires purchase of a subscription or a fee for usage
We will charge your credit card monthly for the services for which you have subscribed
There are no other refunds unless otherwise specified or a separate agreement is reached
Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, and other fees unless specified in a separate written agreement
Your account will renew monthly unless either party cancels. Cancellation is typically handled either through the application interface or by sending an email requesting cancellation to care@yak-mu.com from the email registered in your account. The email must come from the registered email so that we may verify your identity. Cancellation means that the upcoming billing cycle will not continue, but no refunds need to be provided, and you will be charged for all access up to that point, including the currently active billing cycle.
For services which are billed per user, you may create new users automatically through the web interface and charges will be calculated using the number of enabled users during the month, as well as any other resources used. For services which are charged based on other criteria (such as number of charges per month, number of resources used, or number of API requests made), this will be calculated during the month of the billing cycle and charged automatically.
You will pay all invoice fees by the due date specified in the invoice and in the currency specified. You agree to pay all invoiced items including the monthly subscription fees, overage charges, and other resource usage. If you do not pay within four days of the due date or in the event of a failed payment, we may take action to suspend or disable your account.
We may change prices 15 days previous to the billing cycle in which the changes will take effect. We will notify you of any changes to the account email address we have on file.
If we suspend or terminate services from failure to payment or breach of this agreement, we will not be liable for any losses resulting form this suspension or termination and reactivation of these services are under our sole discretion and without obligation.
Suggestions and Feedback
You may send us suggestions or feedback on how we can improve our services. You agree that we may use this for improving our service and we are under no obligation to you, financial or otherwise, in the usage of this information.
License and Copyright
The content of this website and associated software contains materials and resources which are copyrighted by Yakware and is provided for your usage under these Terms of Service. In return, we grant you a personal, non-assignable, royalty free, and non-exclusive license to use the software to which you are subscribed for the duration of your subscriptions.
All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
You may not attempt to circumvent the security restrictions placed on the usage of the software and you may not copy the source code or assets used in the software. Open source licenses of components used in the software constitute a separate written agreement and license and are governed under those licenses.
